POPE PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese
3 hard boiled eggs
4 tbsp. butter
1 cabbage, sliced
2 c. fresh mushrooms
1 med. onion
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. tarragon
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pie crusts

Pre-cook bottom pie crust; cool. Soften and evenly spread with cream cheese. Slice eggs and spread on cream cheese. Saute with butter the cabbage, onions, mushrooms, and herbs. Add mixture to pie and cover with top crust. Bake at 350 degrees until top browns.
