LAYERED SALAD 
1 head raw fresh cauliflower
1 head lettuce
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
Sliced red onions, separate into rings
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 1/2 c. salad dressing
1/3 c. sugar (or less)
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Layer in bowl: lettuce, cauliflower, peas, bacon and onions. Combine salad dressing and sugar. Pour over ingredients and sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Stir next day.
