CALZONE 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1/6 c. shortening
1 egg

MEAT MIXTURE:

1 lb. hamburger
1 diced bell pepper
1 diced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 jar Ragu

Dissolve yeast in water and set aside. Scald the milk, salt, and sugar. Stir until dissolved and let stand until it cools to lukewarm. Add yeast to milk mixture and half the flour. Stir in shortening and unbeaten egg with the remaining flour. Mix well. Place in a greased bowl. Brush the top with shortening. Cover with waxed paper and put in refrigerator for 2 hours. Roll out into 8 circles. Fill with meat mixture. Add grated cheese to meat mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
