CAJUN FRIED TURKEY 
1 (12 to 15 lbs.) turkey
1 lb. real butter
1/2 c. Zesty Italian dressing
3 tbsp. Cajun and shake seasoning
1 tbsp. Tabasco
1 tbsp. liquid onion juice

Melt butter, add seasonings. Cool to room temperature and inject into turkey with syringe. Sprinkle the turkey with a mixture of: red pepper, white pepper, paprika, Accent and celery salt, equal parts of each. Inject and sprinkle turkey 24 hours before frying. Deep fry in peanut oil at 325 degrees 3 1/2 minutes per pound. 8 servings.
