LAYERED CRANBERRY MOLD 
1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello or 2 (3 oz.) boxes
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cranberry apple drink
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (4 1/2 oz.) container (2 c.) Cool Whip, thawed
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 peeled and diced apples

Dissolve gelatin, sugar and salt in boiling water. Add cranberry-apple drink. Set aside 2 cups of this mixture. Blend cranberry sauce into remaining gelatin mixture. Chill until thickened, but not set. Pour into 8 cup mold. Chill until set.

Meanwhile, chill 2 cups reserved gelatin until thickened. Blend in whipped topping and mayonnaise. Add apples. Spoon over first layer in mold. Chill until firm, at least 6 hours or overnight. Unmold on cold plate.
