GRATED AU GRATIN POTATOES 
10-12 red potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1-1 1/2 c. cream

Cook unpeeled potatoes until almost tender. Cool. Peel. Grate in greased baking dish. Cover bottom with 1/2 the potatoes. Sprinkle with 1/2 the seasoning and 1/2 the cheese. Repeat. Pour cream over. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
