OLGA'S CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up or 7 to 8 chicken pieces
4 lg. potatoes
1 lg. onion
4 carrots
3 celery stalks
3 cloves garlic
Tomato paste
Oil
Water
Large baking dish
Salt & pepper

Peel and clean vegetables, cut each potato in 4 pieces. Dice celery, carrots, garlic and onion. Put cleaned chicken pieces and vegetables in baking dish; sprinkle 1 teaspoon salt and 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper, separately. Bring 1 cup water to slow boil, add 1 tablespoon tomato paste, stir until dissolved. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Bake at 375 degrees; after 10 minutes add 1/3 cup oil (pour over everything). Bake for another hour.
