ORIENTAL PORK CHOPS 
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 med. onions, sliced
2 tsp. Wesson oil
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (15 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 c. water
2 tsp. soy sauce
Hot cooked rice
Pork chops

Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper and ginger. Brown chops and onions in oil at 325 degrees in electric frying pan. Add celery and water chestnuts to meat. Combine soups, water and soy sauce. Cook at 210 degrees approximately 45 minutes. Turn occasionally. Serve over hot cooked rice.
