GROUND BEEF PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell (deep)
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, chopped
1/3 c. onions, sliced
Chopped bell pepper

Brown meat over medium heat. Drain and set aside. Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onions and peppers. Turn into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
