BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter (melted)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes with wet knife
2-3 pkgs. frozen broccoli or fresh, cut in 1 inch pieces or 1 lg. fresh
(cooked and drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. minute rice

Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
