POPPY SEED VEGETABLE MARINADE | |
4 stalks fresh broccoli, cut up 8 lg. fresh mushrooms, sliced 3 stalks celery 1 sm. head cauliflower, broken into flowerets 1 sm. purple onion, sliced in thin rings 2 tbsp. poppy seeds 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. vinegar 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil Combine all vegetables and toss lightly. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over vegetables. Chill for at least 3 hours. Yield: 10 to 12 servings. |
