CHICKEN ORIENTAL 
4 chicken breasts
1/2 c. Russian dressing
1 env. dry onion soup mix (Knorr's)
5 oz. apricot preserves

Place chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Mix Russian dressing and preserved with a small amount of water. Pour over chicken evenly. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Serve over rice.
