PEPPERONI BREAD | |
Bridgeford dough 1/4 lb. pepperoni Progresso pepper salad 1 lb. mozzarella cheese Garlic powder 1. Cover 1 loaf of the dough; let rise 2 hours (put a little flour on it). 2. Cut loaf in 1/2. Roll out dough to make a square. 3. Put layers of pepperoni, pepper salad (drained), shredded mozzarella cheese and garlic powder. 4. Fold over once each side and pinch to seal. 5. Bake at 425 degrees approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown. Sausage may be substituted for pepperoni but must be cooked 1st. |
