CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped or diced chicken
4 hard boiled eggs
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. cooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or crisp rice cereal

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Spread mixture in an 11 x 13 inch baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with crumbs or cereal and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
