PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter flavored chips + 1 (6 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1/4 c. butter 1 c. chopped peanuts - do not use roasted peanuts or walnuts On medium heat, melt butter. As soon as butter melts pour in peanut butter chips and melt them. As soon as the chips are melted add the sweetened condensed milk only until blended. Remove from heat. Pour into wax paper-lined 8-inch square pan. Pour peanuts on top of mixture, pressing them down with fingers until they stick to mixture. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Do not let the butter, chips or milk boil. The less heat used the smoother and creamier it will be. |
