5 c. sugar
1 lg. can cream
1 stick butter

Boil 10 minutes and then add:

1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. vanilla flavor
1 c. walnuts
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream

Pour onto buttered pan and cool.
