MANDARIN SALAD 
1 c. sugar coated nuts
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head Romaine lettuce
1 c. celery, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. seedless grapes

DRESSING:

1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Dash of pepper
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar

Mix dressing and chill. Mix lettuce, celery, onions and grapes. Just before serving, add nuts and oranges. Toss with dressing and enjoy!
