MOTHER'S JELLO SALAD 
2 boxes lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 sliced bananas
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Dissolve Jello in water. Stir in 7-Up and chill until partly set. Drain pineapple and save juice for topping. Fold pineapple, marshmallows and bananas in Jello and pour in deep dish. Chill until firm.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 c. whipped cream

Combine sugar, flour and stir in pineapple juice and egg. Cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat, add butter and let cool. Chill. Fold in whipped cream and pour over Jello mixture. Chill.
