2 pkgs. frozen broccoli (I use fresh)
2 cans cream of chicken soup with cup of mayonnaise
1 c. cheese (grated)
1 pkg. Stove Top Dressing

Grease 9x13 inch dish. Broccoli, soup, cheese. Sprinkle with stuffing. Bake 1 hour, 350 degrees.
