2 lbs. Velveeta cheese spread
1 qt. mayonnaise
1 sm. jar pimientos

Allow cheese to set at room until softened. Cut chunks of cheese into mixing bowl and mayonnaise. Add pimientos and Mix with mixer until smooth.
