MEXICAN POTATOES | |
1 lb. hamburger meat 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 pkg. grated Monterey Jack & Colby cheese 7 med. potatoes Water (follow directions of seasoning) Bake or microwave potatoes until done; cut in half, scoop out middle. Let cool for 10 minutes, then brush back of the potatoes with butter and put in the oven for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. |
