1 pkg. pineapple gelatin
1 carton lg. curd cottage cheese
1 tsp. rum flavoring + 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 c. chopped coconut
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. pineapple chunks (drained)
1 carton whipped topping

Mix dry gelatin into cottage cheese well. Add flavorings and mix well. Add remaining ingredients in order above. Mix well and chill.
