BEET SALAD | |
1 med. size can pickled beets 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/3 c. chopped onion 1 box raspberry Jello Dissolve Jello in 1/2 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup beet juice. Let cool. When cool, add chopped beets, pineapple, celery and onion. Refrigerate. |
