3 lg. eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla. Add grated zucchini. Sift in dry ingredients and mix. Blend in nuts. Pour into two greased loaf pans, 8x4x3 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done.
