QUICK FISH LOAF 
2 c. cooked or canned fish
1 egg
1/4 c. evaporated milk or rich cream
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. lemon juice or 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tbsp. chopped celery, onion, green pepper

Mix ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Cook in hot oven about 30 minutes or until done. Serve hot with a sauce or cold with mayonnaise.
