COMPANY CHICKEN 
6 chicken breast halves, skinned
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) tub sour cream
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
8-12 bacon slices
1 (6 oz.) jar Green Giant mushrooms
Dash salt
Dash pepper
Dash garlic powder

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Wrap each chicken breasts with 1-2 slices bacon. Chicken may sit covered overnight at this point if desired.

Dice onion and cook in 2 tablespoons butter over low heat until onion is translucent. Mix sour cream, mushrooms, soups, and onions. Broil bacon wrapped chicken for 5-10 minutes or until bacon is slightly brown on both sides of chicken.

Cover chicken with sauce mixture and bake in tightly covered pan (9 x 13) at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Bake longer if there is a greater quantity in this recipe.

May leave cover off during last 15 minutes and turn oven up to 350 degrees to brown a little. Sprinkle paprika over top if desired.
