HOLIDAY EGG NOG 
2 eggs, well beaten
1 (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
1 qt. milk
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Nutmeg

Combine thoroughly well beaten eggs, Eagle Brand milk, flavoring and salt. Gradually beat whipped cream and fold into milk. Mix all together and pour into punch bowl or cups and sprinkle with nutmeg on top. Yield: 2 quarts.
