EGG CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. dried parsley
6 slices bread, crusts cut off & cubed
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Meat (bacon, ham, shrimp, sausage) (as desired)

Mix together 6 eggs and milk. Add and beat together salt, dry mustard and parsley. Add bread cubes and cheese. Add meat choice. Bake in oblong casserole (9 x 13-inch or slightly smaller) at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Time varies with oven.

I put this together the night before and bake in the morning. Good leftover.
