MEAT (SAUSAGE) BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
4 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 lb. reg. or hot sausage
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook sausage until done, break into bits as you cook. Drain and set aside. Beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard. Into a greased baking dish, layer the sausage, bread and cheese in that order. Pour the egg mixture over these ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
