PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 small carton Cool Whip
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. mini marshmallows

Mix pineapple with pudding, add nuts, marshmallows, and Cool Whip. Store in refrigerator. Simple to make, but delicious.
