1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows, or lg. ones, cut up
1/2 c. pecans, chopped (walnuts can be substituted)
Few drops of green food coloring, if desired

Fold the dry pudding mix into whipped topping and blend well. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Keep chilled to serve. This is very simple to make and good.
