HELOISE'S PISTACHIO AMBROSIA
SALAD
 
Use large Tupperware salad bowl. Mix:

20 oz. can chunk pineapple, cut chunks in two
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 sm. pkgs. pistachio instant pudding

Add:

2 c. coconut (1/2 bag)
1/2 bag mini marshmallows
Nuts (opt.)

When mixed, fold in about 24 ounces Cool Whip. Makes a large quick and delicious salad. Serves 12 or more.
