NO PEEK CHICKEN 
1 c. rice (not instant)
1 can cream of celery soup (or cream of chicken)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 cut up frying chicken
1 env. dry onion soup mix

Mix first 5 ingredients together, pour into 9"x12" pan. Cover with chicken pieces, sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Do not peek until done.
