CORN CORNBREAD MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/3 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg

Stir all ingredients in 1 bowl only until mixed. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake 20 minutes. Yield: 12 muffins or a 9 x 9 inch glass baking dish.
