FROSTED PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and butter together. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon. Add to batter. Pour batter into greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool in pan. Frost when cool.

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
3 c. powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients and beat at low speed until smooth. Spread on bars. Cut into 2 x 2 inch bars. Makes 35 bars.
