SPICED TEA MIX 
2/3 c. Tang orange flavored breakfast beverage crystals
3 tbsp. instant tea
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Store in tightly covered jar. For one serving, combine 1/2 cup each, water and apple juice in saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over 1 well-rounded teaspoon tea. Mix in mug and stir until dissolved. Serve hot over ice.

For one quart, combine 2 cups each water and apple juice, and bring just to a boil. Add 1/3 cup mix; stir until dissolved. Serve hot or over ice. Makes 3/4 cup.
