2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs, beaten

Cook potatoes and mash. Add sugar, pudding, vanilla, eggs, and milk. Beat together well. Pour mixture into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
