RICE PILAF 
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tsp. oregano flakes
1 stick butter
2 c. rice, uncooked
8 green onions (entire stalk)
3 cans beef bouillon soup
2 cans water
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onions and rice in butter until rice is lightly brown. (I add onions about 1/2 way through browning of rice). Add oregano and mushrooms. Put in large casserole and add liquid. Bake in hot oven at 450 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed. Cover casserole.
