CHICKEN OR TURKEY PILAF 
1 c. chicken or turkey, cooked
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. leftover gravy
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. basil

Put butter in small skillet. Add celery and onions and cook until transparent. Add cooked and cut-up meat, gravy and soup and heat through. When hot, add cooked rice and basil.

Mix together and heat over medium temperature so mixture doesn't stick. This is made from leftover so you may use more or less depending on what you have left over.
