PARMESAN CHEESE BALL 
4 (3 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Crushed pecan meal

Combine all ingredients. Chill. Shape into ball. Place ball onto sheet of waxed paper with crushed pecan meal on waxed paper. Pour more crushed pecan meal over cheese ball until all sides are covered. Place cheese ball in refrigerator until ready to serve. May be frozen until ready to use. Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Serve at room temperature.
