LEMON CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pudding mix (lemon)
Cooled, baked graham cracker crust

Stir cream cheese until soft. Blend in 1/2 cup milk until smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups milk and pudding mix and beat slowly 1 minute. Pour in graham cracker crust. Chill 1 hour.
