CHEESE AND SPINACH PIE | |
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell 2 (7x4 inch) slices Swiss cheese 1/2 c. chopped spinach 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms 1/2 tsp. salt 1 can chunk ham, chicken or turkey, flaked with fork 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. half & half 2 tsp. flour 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Place Swiss cheese on bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle with spinach, mushrooms, and meat. Mix eggs, salt, flour and half & half. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. 4-6 servings. |
