1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 med. zucchini, unpeeled, chopped & put in bottom of casserole
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing, dry & seasoning also, poured over
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

Fold all together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and bake until it melts.
