BUBBLE BREAD 
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts) or raisins, optional

Thaw bread dough and knead well. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a dish. Pull off dough about the size of a walnut. Roll in melted butter, then in cinnamon and sugar mix. Place each ball of dough in layers in a bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts and raisins between each layer (pan will be about half full). Pour any remaining butter over top. Set in a warm place and let rise to twice original size. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan. No need to cut or slice. Go ahead and use your fingers to pull out individual pieces.
