NO MILK POUND CAKE 
1 lb. butter
3 c. cake flour
6 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla

Using a rotary mixer, blend butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix 3 minutes at high speed. Gradually add cake flour while mixing at medium speed. Continue to mix 3 minutes after all flour is blended into the batter. Pour into greased and floured pound cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. This cake is good for those with lactose intolerance.
