CHIP BEEF ON TOAST | |
3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. onion, sauteed (optional) 1/4 lb. chip beef 3 tbsp. flour (to thicken) 2 c. hot milk Melt butter, add flour, blend. Add milk until almost thick. Add chip beef. Serve on toast. Scrambled egg goes nicely with this dish. |
