MEXICAN FIESTA 
1 lb. beef, cooked
1 lb. bag tortilla chips
White onion, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix soup and tomatoes, first with wire whip. In 9 x 14 inch dish start to layer the ingredients. Chips first then rest until you run out. Put some cheese on top. Warm in oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or cheese is melted.
