FIESTA JALAPENO & TOMATO DIP 
1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta Mexican cheese spread with Jalapeno peppers, cut up
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)

Microwave Velveeta, tomato and garlic powder in 2 quart microwavable bowl on high 4 to 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted, stirring every 2 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips.

Makes 1 3/4 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
