MEXICAN FIESTA 
CHILI SAUCE:

2 lb. hamburger
1 chopped onion
1 can tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato puree
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp. powdered garlic or garlic salt
23 oz. can Ranch style beans

Cook meat and onions until brown. Add other ingredients as listed and let simmer for 1 hour. (Can be prepared the day before and add water if necessary.)

1. Bag of Fritos - rolled, make bed on plate.

2. Instant rice, cooked as directed.

3. Chili sauce, above.

4. Longhorn cheese, grated.

5. Lettuce, shredded.

6. Tomatoes, chopped.

7. Onions, chopped.

8. Green olives, chopped (okay with pimentos).

9. Pecans, chopped.

10. Coconut, shredded.

11. Picante sauce.

Place on table in order as numbered. Serve with Doritos.
