PESCA 
4 fillets flounder, cod, halibut
1 c. chopped fresh tomato
1 tbsp. fresh basil OR
1 tsp. dried basil
3 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lg. green or red pepper, sliced
1/4 c. white wine
1 garlic clove, smashed and chopped
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 c. bread crumbs

Firm fleshed fish - coat with bread crumbs.
